Dorota Karczewska joins WKB’s competition law and consumer protection law team as a counsel
We are pleased to announce that Dorota Karczewska is joining WKB’s competition and consumer protection law team as a Counsel. For the last 5 years Dorota held the position of Vice-President and head of the consumer protection division in the Polish competition authority – the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

The Czech company ČEZ acquires shares in Euroklimat
WKB law firm, in cooperation with the Czech law firm Skils, advised ČEZ capital group on the Polish aspects of their acquisition of a majority package of shares in Euroklimat (a provider of comprehensive building installation services, including fit-out, maintenance and design) from its founders and shareholders.

WKB advised and represented Fiserv, Inc., a global financial services technology provider, in relation to its acquisition of First Data Polska (the owner of the Polcard brand of payment terminals and one of the major debit and credit card merchant transaction acquirers in the Polish market).
