She advised, among others, on:

• the acquisition of Polish companies from an American insurance group by a Dutch industry investor,
• the sale of the European part of the business of a leading packaging manufacturer and an earlier intra-group reorganization in preparation for the transaction,
• sale of part of a major office and retail complex in Warsaw,
• the acquisition of a group of Polish programmers by an American IT company,
• a series of transactions involving the disposal of organized parts of an enterprise (furniture factory) by a Swedish furniture concern,
• due diligence of one of the largest energy groups for the purpose of an international transaction.
