Maja is an advocate in the competition and consumer law practice, which is widely regarded as one of the best in Poland (recommendations include Chambers Europe – Band 1, Legal500 – Tier 1, Forbes, Rzeczpospolita).
She specializes in Polish and EU competition law, with a particular focus on areas related to anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position. She also possesses experience in state aid, consumer law and merger control.
Maja cooperates with the team to support clients in antitrust proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as in antitrust court cases. Advises clients on various aspects of Polish and EU competition law, including information exchange, distribution systems and compliance programmes.
