WKB Lawyers advised USP Group on the acquisition of assets related to the “Trilac” brand
The WKB Lawyers team advised USP Group on the acquisition of assets related to the “Trilac” medicinal product from Zakład Farmaceutyczny AMARA.
The project required comprehensive legal support combining transactional, regulatory and intellectual property expertise, as well as practical knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
WKB Lawyers supported the client at all stages of the process, providing advice on due diligence, as well as the negotiation and preparation of the complete transaction documentation.
