Graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Postgraduate Programme in Banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a trainee advocate at the Council of the Bar in Warsaw.

Has experience in general corporate finance and acquisition finance transactions as well as energy and real estate projects and debt refinancing on both the lender and borrower side.
