She specialises in sectoral legal advice to companies in the energy, telecommunications and electromobility sectors. She advises electricity and gas companies on obtaining the necessary permits, such as energy connection. She leads projects in the area of renewable energy sources, including PV and agroPV, both onshore and offshore. She supports companies with reporting in accordance with ESG standards and conducts training on energy market regulations.
Expert in energy law (especially in the area of renewable energy sources and fuels) and climate protection law.
Regulatory expert at the Lower Silesian Hydrogen Valley. She cooperates with the Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies.
Author and lecturer on the postgraduate studies “Energy and Climate Transition. Renewable Energy Law”.
She collaborates with the Institute of Administrative Sciences at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław.
The author of the first legal monograph in Poland on the hydrogen economy. Author of numerous scientific publications (e.g. Public Administration in the Innovation Ecosystem of Hydrogen Valleys [in:] Public Administration in the face of new technologies: towards climate neutrality (ed.) J. Korczak, Wrocław 2024) and industry publications, as well as expert reports (e.g. From natural gas to biomethane. Decarbonising the Polish gas industry, Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies, Wrocław 2024).
