The WKB team was led by three partners, Agnieszka Wiercińska – Krużewska (commercial), Marcin Smolarek (banking) and Maciej Szambelańczyk (energy), and counsel Michał Kalicki (banking). Other team members included: Aleksandra Nalewajko (banking), Marcin Lorenc (banking), Krzysztof Sikorski (energy), Krzysztof Wawrzyniak (corporate), Mateusz Bąk (corporate) and dr Sergiusz Urban (environmental).

Energix is a strategic Client of WKB, and we are proud to assist Energix in all aspects of their Polish operations since they entered the Polish market in 2012.
