Magdalena is responsible for the HR function at WKB.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw (1999) and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management (2002) and Financial Accounting and Management (2004).

In her role, she is responsible for key HR processes, including recruitment and talent development, wellbeing, labour law and HR compliance, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and managing the HR budget and analytics. She oversees operational HR processes and manages the team. She also supports internal communication and the development of organisational culture.

She is a certified DISC D3 consultant – a tool used to analyse behavioural styles, motivations and communication preferences, supporting team development and managerial growth.

Outside of the firm, she is actively involved in the HR community – she is a board member of the Polish HR Association and has been coordinating a volunteer programme supporting children’s homes for over 20 years. She is also a member of the HR ICAN Magazine Club. She has been associated with WKB since 2024.

She is proficient in English.
