In her practice she focuses on restructuring and insolvency law, offering solutions tailored to the real needs of entrepreneurs. At the same time, she specialises in handling complex court proceedings and managing debt portfolios.
She has provided services to extrajudicial bankruptcy proceedings entities, asset management vehicle, leading international enterprises i.a. from the FMCG, energy, railway and automotive sectors. She has provided contractual and negotiation support to commercial, real estate, debt collection and logistics departments. She actively supported creditors in connection with restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
She managed multi-million debt collection portfolios of bankruptcy estates, coordinating debt collection and negotiation activities and supervising the work of teams. She provided services in proceedings before financial supervisory authorities and advised on instruments used under the BBRD directive. She conducted numerous commercial court proceedings in the area of so-called shelf fees, logistics services, current settlements with contractors, various legal relationships and possessory claims. She has drafted applications for prohibitions on conducting business activity by members of the governing bodies of companies in bankruptcy. She has represented clients in numerous arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
