Advises international and domestic clients on the financing of wind, photovoltaic, and mixed projects, as well as large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Represents both lenders and borrowers in local and cross-border real estate financing transactions, including the acquisition and development of shopping malls, office buildings, and logistics centers.

Also handles acquisition finance transactions and advises on consensual debt restructuring matters, acting for both domestic and international creditors and debtors.

Additionally represents clients in negotiating Polish law-governed hedging agreements.
