Martyna is a member of the Intellectual Property, TMT & Commercial Contracts and the New Technologies & Cybersecurity Teams. She focuses on technology law, advising on IT contracts, software licensing, cloud implementations, and the evolving regulatory landscape around artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

Martyna works with IT/TMT companies as well as clients in the energy, financial, and defence sectors, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how technology challenges play out across different industries.

She holds a Master of Law degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Media Law from the Jagiellonian University. Martyna has authored publications on the NIS2 Directive, the AI Act, and data protection, and regularly delivers training sessions, workshops, and lectures on cybersecurity regulations and the AI Act.
