Jakub is a lawyer in the competition and consumer law practice, which is widely regarded as one of the best in Poland (recommendations include Chambers Europe – Band 1, Legal500 – Tier 1, Forbes, Rzeczpospolita). 

He specialises in consumer and competition law, with a particular focus on digital markets and financial technologies. He gained his professional experience in international law firms in Poland and the Netherlands, representing leading financial institutions and online platforms before regulatory authorities and courts. 

Jakub assists clients in administrative proceedings and litigation concerning, among others, unfair commercial practices, infringements of collective consumer interests, anti-competitive conduct, and abuse of contractual advantage. He advises on compliance with the latest EU regulations, including the Omnibus Directive, DSA, DMA, P2BR, and CCD2. He also conducts audits and trainings, evaluates business models, and navigates implementing compliance programmes. 

He graduated from the University of Warsaw and Utrecht University (LL.M. in European Law and Technology). As part of his scholarship, he also studied at the University of Bonn and the University of Turin.
