WKB Lawyers advised Raben Group on financing logistics facilities
WKB Lawyers advised Raben Group on recent financing arrangement facilitated by mBank, totaling 23.4 million EUR, directed towards the development of logistics facilities for Raben Group.
This funding encompasses the construction of a new logistics park in the Silesian Voivodeship, adhering to a zero-emission standard, equipped with photovoltaic panels and heat pumps.
Raben Group specializes in logistics services. It offers a wide range of logistics solutions, including road, sea, and air transport, warehousing services, distribution of goods, as well as contract and engineering logistics. Raben Group operates mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, offering its services in many countries, including Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and others.
