WKB lawyers advised Euroklimat sp. z o.o. on the purchase of 100% shares in Instal Bud Pecyna sp. z o.o.
mergeEuroklimat sp. z o.o., a member of Elevion Group, has successfully signed the agreement for the purchase of 100% of shares in Instal Bud Pecyna sp. z o.o. – a company operating on the design and construction market.
Instal Bud Pecyna sp. z o.o. provides technical and project management services as well as complex construction services, including in particular HVAC installations (heating, ventilation air conditioning, cooling), as well as plumbing, construction of sewage treatment plants, and warranty and post-warranty support.
Euroklimat sp. z o.o. specialises in air conditioning installations, refrigeration systems, ventilation as well as electrical, teletechnical and IT installations. It is a subsidiary of Elevion Group in Poland, a leading European provider of end-to-end decarbonisation and higher energy efficiency solutions.
WKB lawyers provided comprehensive transactional legal support starting from performing due diligence of the company, structuring the transaction to negotiating and assisting in finalising the transaction documentation. WKB lawyers have also supported Euroklimat sp. z o.o. in obtaining the consent of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for concentration.
