insurers, policyholders, claimants and insurance agents in court proceedings involving insurance and compensation claims, as well as disputes concerning abusive clauses,
insurance brokers,
foreign-based insurers and insurance brokers on adapting foreign insurance contract templates to the Polish law requirements as well as in relation to the complex claims and loss settlements arising in Poland.

extensive and longstanding experience in providing legal services relating to complex insurance law projects;
experience in participating in legislative work related to insurance market regulations including, among others, the new law on business of insurance and reinsurance;
