WKB assisted Neo Energy Group with the sale of 100% of its shares in “Eviva Lębork” sp. z o.o. to PAK-Polska Czysta Energia sp. z o.o (Polsat Group).

This is the next transaction between the two entities, which will strengthen the Polsat Group’s position in the RES market with another investment in a wind farm, this time consisting of 23 wind turbines with a total capacity of 50.6 MW in Potęgowo (Pomorskie Voivodeship).

Neo Energy Group is an investment platform focused on the development of RES projects and companies. Its portfolio includes photovoltaic projects and wind projects, among others. As a developer, the company is responsible for investment planning, obtaining legal permits, and bringing RES projects to Ready to Build or Ready to Operate status.

The ZE PAK Group is the largest privately owned (not state-controlled) energy group in Poland, operating in the fields of lignite mining, power generation from conventional and renewable sources, and energy trading.

WKB provided Neo Energy Group with full legal services for the transaction. WKB’s interdisciplinary team was led by Agnieszka Wiercińska-Krużewska, and included Marta Midloch, Małgorzata Studniarek, and Aneta Citko.
