WKB advised P. Van de Velde Group on the acquisition of Drukarnia Impresta’s enterprise – a Polish manufacturer of paper and cardboard packaging company based in Poznań, together with its production facility.

WKB provided P. Van de Velde Group with comprehensive legal support during the entire transaction process, including advising on the transaction’s structure, assisting during the due diligence and in the negotiation of the transaction’s terms and documentation (including future cooperation with the founders) as well as advised on some aspects in connection with obtaining the necessary regulatory permits for special purpose vehicle (SPV) that acquired the enterprise. WKB also acted as an advisor to P. Van de Velde Group with regard to issues relating to securing financing for the acquisition from a private lender.

Van De Velde Group is an international business group that focuses on the production of high-quality products and services within the packaging industry. P. Van de Velde Group is active in the M&A market not only in Poland but also in Germany, the Netherlands and France.
