WKB competition team represented PineBridge Investments (a private, global asset manager focused on active, high-conviction investing), in proceedings before the Polish competition authority, Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK), regarding clearance for the acquisition of control over Benson Elliot Capital Management – UK-based private equity real estate fund manager.

The unconditional clearance for the transaction was granted by the President of the Polish competition authority on 17 November 2020.

PineBridge Investments was represented before UOKiK by WKB competition team including Aleksander Stawicki, Wojciech Kulczyk and Anna Bryńska.
