WKB competition team represented Grundfos Holding A/S – the world’s leading pump manufacturer, in proceedings before the Polish competition authority, Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK), regarding clearance for the acquisition of control over Silhorko-Eurowater A/S – international group that develops, produces and markets complete solutions for the treatment of water.

The unconditional clearance for the transaction was granted by the President of the Polish competition authority in September 2020.

Grundfos was represented before UOKiK by WKB competition team including Aleksander Stawicki, Wojciech Kulczyk and Anna Bryńska.
