We are pleased to announce that advocate Aleksandra Stępniewska has joined WKB as counsel and head of the Business Criminal Law practice.

With support from other advocates in the firm, including Jan Roliński (a partner at WKB), Aleksandra will provide clients with comprehensive advice on all aspects of white collar crime, including criminal proceedings, preventive procedures, and crisis management.

A member of both the Warsaw and Paris Bar Associations, Aleksandra has many years’ experience in handling criminal law cases, in particular business criminal law. She represents corporate and individual clients, both as aggrieved parties and defendants, including in cross-border criminal cases. Aleksandra also advises on issues involving criminal liability risks relating to business decisions.

She supports clients in developing and implementing compliance systems, and carries out compliance audits.

Aleksandra is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, accredited by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
