WKB is advising Centrum Rozliczeń Elektronicznych Polskie ePłatności on their acquisition of 100% of shares in Billbird (a leader in providing innovative payment methods in Poland, under the “Moje Płatności online” brand, among others) from International Game Technology (IGT), the world’s largest lottery gaming services technology company, and which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

The National Appeals Chamber dismissed the appeal raised against the results of the contest for the development of the urban-architectural concept of the Music Centre and the City Park in Kraków, organised by the Małopolska Voivodeship and the Municipality of Kraków. The organiser of the contest was supported by WKB Public Procurement team during the entire appeals procedure.
On 1 March 2019 the amended principles on company operations, introduced under the Act Amending Certain Acts in Order to Simplify Tax and Commercial Law for Entrepreneurs of 9 November 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2244) enter into force.
