Bartłomiej is an advocate in Energy, Infrastructure, Climate & Public Procurement team. He advises energy, chemical, municipal, and construction-sector clients on regulatory, contractual, and dispute matters, with particular focus on EPC, BoP, PPP, and LTSA agreements.

He brings solid expertise in Polish and EU environmental law — including air quality regulations, the EU ETS, waste management, and water resources — and regularly prepares legal memoranda and opinions that help clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks with confidence.

Bartłomiej has taken part in numerous environmental and administrative due diligence exercises across both share deal and asset deal structures, covering photovoltaic farms, energy companies, chemical businesses, and construction firms. He has also advised on alternative fuels, fertiliser markets, energy storage, aviation, and ESG-related projects. By combining regulatory depth with a transactional mindset, he delivers practical, industry-specific solutions that create real value for his clients.
