Member of the M&A team. 

She is responsible for analysing and preparing transaction and corporate documentation, and also participates in due diligence processes. She also has experience in providing day-to-day legal services to companies, including corporate and contractual advice. 

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2025). She also took part in the ERASMUS+ programme at the Università degli studi di Catania. Participant in the Doctoral Seminar in Law at Kozminski University.
