She focuses on corporate and transactional law as well as capital markets law.
She advises on corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions in both the private and public markets, as well as on corporate reorganizations of companies and capital groups. She supports clients in the establishment, reorganisation (mergers, divisions, transformations), and liquidation of commercial companies, branches and representative offices of foreign entrepreneurs, as well as foundations. She has extensive experience in matters related to the ongoing legal support of business entities.
She specializes in advising listed companies and other regulated entities on the fulfillment of disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters. She supports domestic and international financial institutions with respect to regulatory aspects of conducting business in Poland. In addition, she represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
She also advises on corporate disputes between shareholders, including disputes involving public companies.
She graduated from the English and European Law School organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge.
