She specialises in copyright, film, media and advertising law issues.

She has advised on the day-to-day aspects of radio and television broadcasters, press publishers and media agencies. She has consulted on various marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns for sensitive products, product placement and sponsorship. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts involving copyright and related rights. She has been involved in the legal support of a number of film and television productions and provided legal support for the creation of the framework of a new television programme. She combines knowledge of the law with a feel for the realities of the creative industry.

She completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

A graduate of the Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw and the School of British and European Law – British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge.
