Involved in projects concerning changes in ownership structures and transactions related to mergers and acquisitions of capital companies.

Possesses experience in providing ongoing legal support to companies and in business reorganization processes (including mergers, divisions, transformations, contributions in kind, and sales of organized parts of enterprises).

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Participant in international exchange programs at Université Paris-Saclay and Université de Nantes.
