She specialises in advising clients in the Life Sciences and food sectors.

Her practice focuses in particular on pharmaceutical law and medical devices, including clinical trials and borderline products.

She advises on the development of distribution models for medicinal products, including investigational medicinal products, and distance selling of medicines. She is involved in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as in the legal assessment of promotional activities for strictly regulated products and services in the Life Sciences sector. She supports entrepreneurs developing innovations in medical devices and digital health, assisting them with regulatory matters, commercialisation, and market launch.

She participates in transactional processes involving healthcare entities as well as in administrative and court proceedings.

She has experience as a seconded lawyer to the in-house legal department of a global e-commerce client.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed postgraduate programmes in “Pharmaceutical Law for Business” at Kozminski University in Warsaw and “Consumer Protection Law” at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
