Head of the Private Clients team.

She has over a dozen years of experience advising individual clients, with a particular focus on matters at the intersection of commercial, family, and inheritance law. She develops strategies and legal structures for managing and transferring family businesses and advises on the protection of both private and corporate assets.

She conducts training sessions on family succession planning and crisis management.

Her experience includes the division and structuring of family and corporate assets, due diligence of companies and private estates, as well as litigation involving children, family, inheritance, and criminal matters.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law, co-organized by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida. She also graduated with honors from the Marcus Lutter School of German Law at the University of Warsaw and holds a master’s degree in political science. As part of the Erasmus Programme, she studied at the University of Vienna.

She is the author of numerous publications, particularly on family and commercial law.
