She specializes in commercial disputes relating to infrastructure projects, including those carried out under FIDIC contractual conditions, compensation cases, including those against the State Treasury, the performance of commercial contracts, as well as in preparing legal opinions.
She participates in proceedings before common courts and the Supreme Court involving public entities, including local government units, as well as entrepreneurs from various industries, such as construction, transport, energy, aviation and banking. She has experience of providing ongoing services to companies at the contract performance stage, as well as in litigation-related due diligence processes.
She is the author of scientific publications and conference papers in the fields of civil, constitutional and medical law. She is the winner of several awards and scholarships, including second place in the PGRP competition for the best Master’s thesis in judicial law, and a scholarship from the Minister of Education and Science for students for significant achievements.
She is currently a doctoral student at the University of Warsaw’s Doctoral School of Social Sciences, where she is writing he doctoral dissertation in civil law. Her research interests include legal subjectivity and liability for damage caused in the exercise of public authority, as well as issues at the intersection of private and public law.
