Member of the Company Law & Corporate Governance Team and German Desk Team 

His area of expertise involves corporate advisory, including ongoing support in the area of company law, corporate reorganizations, assistance on M&A transactions as well as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts for entities operating in various economic sectors. 

In his career, Mateusz has participated in numerous due diligence projects. He provides contractual support as well as corporate services related in particular to establishment, day-to-day support and liquidation of business entities. Additionally, he has transactional experience and prepares legal memorandums in the field of civil and commercial law.  

Alumnus of postgraduate studies “Mergers and Acquisitions of Enterprises” at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as of the School of German and European Law and the School of Law and Economy of China at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Currently, he attends postgraduate course “LLM in International Commercial Law” at Kozminski University.
