Member of the Energy, Infrastructure, Climate and Procurement team, ESG team and White Collar Crime team.

Marta participates in due diligence processes and audits aimed at evaluating business activities in terms of compliance with environmental requirements.

She advises clients on environmental law in the broadly understood meaning of the term, including matters relating to the operation of the deposit-refund scheme and waste regulations.

She represents clients before public administration authorities, administrative courts and common courts.

She provides day-to-day support to businesses in sectors in the construction and water supply/sewage industries.

As part of her professional practice, Marta also assists clients with criminal law matters. She also specialises in assessing risks associated with economic sanctions.

Marta is a graduate of law studies and administration studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She completed basic training in mediation organized by the Polish Bar Council.

She completed postgraduate studies in waste management at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Marta also gives lectures at university on topics related to circular economy.
