Specializes in advising on real estate transactions, lease agreements, and investment and construction processes, as well as in preparing comprehensive due diligence analyses. She has experience in the commercialization of projects – particularly logistics, office, and retail properties – and in the financing and refinancing of real estate investments.
Provides ongoing corporate legal services to companies and advises on transactions involving the acquisition of wind farm projects in Poland.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville. She completed her legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association and postgraduate studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the field of “Legal and Economic Foundations of the Investment and Construction Process”.
