
Specializes in new technology law, with a particular focus on regulations related to cyber security, outsourcing of IT services in regulated sectors and the use of cloud technology, particularly by entities in the financial sector.
She participated in multiple DORA implementations -supported a number of financial entities in aligning their organizations both internally and externally with the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act, cloud services implementations, implementations of other regulations in the area of cyber security (including the NIS2 Directive), as well as numerous outsourcing projects in the financial sector. She also provides assistance in IT contracting projects for clients.
She gained experience at a leading Polish law firm dealing with new technology law. She has experience in advising financial sector entities, including credit institutions, payment institutions, insurance companies, insurance intermediaries and investment companies, as well as domestic and foreign suppliers providing IT services to the financial sector.
Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Completed a Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills at the University of Warsaw organized by the British Law Center in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. Graduate of postgraduate studies Law of new technologies at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
