From the very beginning of her career, she has been involved in the field of personal data protection – actively supporting the implementation and improvement of GDPR-compliant processes, particularly in the areas of HR and personnel management. Her master’s thesis focused on labor law, which laid the foundation for her specialization in matters related to data processing in the workplace.
She closely monitors the decisions and guidelines of European supervisory authorities, which enables her not only to respond to the evolving legal landscape but also to proactively advise on regulatory compliance.
She combines an analytical approach with a practical understanding of the challenges faced by employers and HR departments in the context of employee privacy protection.
