drafting and implementing procedures related to the protection of personal data (RODO) and AML/KYC, including the notification, and updating of real beneficiaries in the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries (CRBR),
procedures related to obtaining public benefit organisation status,
processes related to obtaining additional sources of funding (e.g., grants, donations, subsidies, public collections),
the termination of activities and liquidation of foundations and association. This includes the preparation of documentation and representation before the National Court Register.
