  • drafting and implementing procedures related to the protection of personal data (RODO) and AML/KYC, including the notification, and updating of real beneficiaries in the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries (CRBR),
  • procedures related to obtaining public benefit organisation status,
  • processes related to obtaining additional sources of funding (e.g., grants, donations, subsidies, public collections),
  • the termination of activities and liquidation of foundations and association. This includes the preparation of documentation and representation before the National Court Register.
