WKB law firm advised Duna House on the acquisition by its subsidiary, Metrohouse Franchise S.A., of 100% of the shares in Alex T. Great sp. z o.o. The transaction was finalized on 7 January 2020.
WKB’s lawyers provided comprehensive legal support in respect of all aspects of the transaction including, in particular, undertaking legal due diligence in respect of Alex T. Great sp. z o.o., drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, as well as closing actions and post-closing notifications. The transaction team was led by Ben Davey who was supported by Dominik Kulpa and Tomasz Maślak.
Duna House is listed on the Prime Market of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
