WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr advised Boekestijn Transport on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Baltic Trans sp. z o. o. from ECS Corporate NV. At the same time, WKB advised the Client on the acquisition of assets of European Trucking Sp. z o.o.

Both the acquisition of shares in Baltic Trans and the acquisition of assets from European Trucking were finalized on 7 January.

WKB’s advice to Boekestijn Transport included providing comprehensive legal assistance throughout the entire transaction process, in particular conducting a legal due diligence analysis in respect of the Polish company Baltic Trans and negotiating transaction terms and documents.
