WKB advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska on financing the construction of a residential building in Wrocław by OKRE Development, a member of the Koramic Real Estate capital group.

WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska on financing the construction of a residential building by OKRE Development, a member of the Belgian Koramic Real Estate capital group. WKB also prepared the due diligence report regarding this project.

The transaction involves the Bank granting construction and VAT credit to a special purpose vehicle for the construction of a nine-storey residential building, together with service premises and parking. The investment is located near ul. Drukarska, one of the fastest-growing districts of Wrocław.

The WKB team was led by the head of the Banking and Finance practice, Marcin Smolarek (partner), with the finance documentation prepared and negotiated by Sebastian Łyś (associate) with support from Marcin Lorenc (junior associate). The due diligence report was prepared by Marta Czarnecka (managing associate) under the supervision of Anna Wyrzykowska (partner), head of the Real Estate and Property Development practice.
