We are pleased to announce that Natalia Kabacińska, senior associate with WKB’s dispute resolution team, is one of the winners of the “Rising Stars Lawyers– Leaders of Tomorrow 2019” competition,  ranking 4th out of 35 nominees. This competition, organised by Wolters Kluwer Polska and the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily, is open to young lawyers who, due to their knowledge, experience and community engagement, represent the highest standards of the legal profession.

Natalia is an attorney-at-law specialising in multi-faceted business law matters conducted before the common courts and arbitration courts, where the disputed amount frequently exceeds tens of millions of Polish zlotys. She prepares and develops trial strategies for particularly complex cases oftentimes involving numerous international issues, as well as landmark cases keenly observed by the public. Natalia has vast experience in international arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on investment arbitration. She acts as an arbiter and trainer in international commercial and investment arbitration competitions (moot-court), and has been recommended by The Legal 500 EMEA international legal directory.

Natalia also supports the Polish Association of High Mountain Guides (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Przewodników Wysokogórskich, PSPW) and the “Wiatrak” foundation, and participates in the annual Constitutional Week, an educational campaign organised by the Zbigniew Hołda Association.
