Weronika is a member of the M&A team, she supports Polish and international clients throughout the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions — from legal due diligence and deal structuring to drafting and negotiating transaction and corporate documentation. Her practice centres on share and equity acquisitions and disposals in capital companies.
She has built a strong track record advising market-leading businesses in the waste management, renewable energy, FMCG, IT, pharmaceutical, and medical sectors, as well as high-growth start-ups. Her broader experience spans ongoing corporate advisory work, civil litigation, and restructuring and insolvency law, gained at reputable Polish and international law firms.
She holds a law degree from the University of Białystok and participated in the BIP Erasmus+ programme at Babeș-Bolyai University and an Alternative Dispute Resolution course run in cooperation with Syracuse University College of Law. She is currently expanding her expertise in tax advisory.
She is a trainee attorney at the Warsaw Bar.
