Magdalena is a member of the infrastructure team. She also works with the public procurement team.

She specialises in issues relating to infrastructure undertakings, and focuses primarily on providing on-going assistance to clients involved in such investment projects. She supports clients operating in a variety of sectors, including water and sewage, energy, road, chemistry, and public transport.


Her professional interests also include laws relating to new technologies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Magdalena won the Kazimierz Kolańczyk award for the best master’s thesis in the academic year 2016/2017 as well as the first prize for the best M.A. thesis in the second edition of the Financial Ombudsman's competition for the best Ph.D. thesis, M.A. thesis, B.A. thesis and postgraduate thesis, the subject of which was civil liability for damage caused by self-driving cars.


Selected experience:

  • Advising TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. on an investment project involving the implementation of an AMI smart metering system;
  • Advising a business operating in the chemical industry with respect to an investment project involving the construction of an installation to be used for the client’s core business activities;
  • Advising the Poznań Municipal Transport Company (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstw Komunikacyjne w Poznaniu Sp. z o.o.) in relation to a procedure for the award of a contract for the construction of a charging infrastructure for public road transport;
  • Advising the contractors in a road construction process.
