Michał Kalicki, an attorney-at-law with over a decade of experience in complex financing and refinancing projects, as well as in debt restructuring, joins WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr’s banking and finance practice as Counsel.

Michał Kalicki specialises in advising on corporate finance, project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance and cross-border finance projects. He also specialises in financial restructuring & insolvency, representing both lenders and borrowers from various sectors. He has experience in the trading of non-performing loans, including in connection with organising loan portfolio tenders, the creation of securitisation funds, and the negotiation of portfolio sale agreements, and  investment and service agreements, as well as in the preparation of standard form documentation for banking products.
