On 13 August 2018 Aleksandra Libiszowska, advocate specialising in EU funds, joined WKB to bolster the firm’s State Aid & EU Funds offering. Aleksandra is the fourth female lawyer that WKB welcomes to its team of counsels this year.
WKB assisted mBank Hipoteczny S.A. regarding its issue of covered bonds totalling PLN300 million (approx. EUR69.7 million). It was the second successful issue by mBank Hipoteczny this year.
