WKB advised Doxa Capital on the sale of 100% of shares in the Polish company Premium Rosa, the manufacturer of natural juices, jams, and fruit syrups, to the Czech beverage manufacturer Kofola Group, the owner of e.g. Hoop brand.

Claim against the Public Transport Company of Poznań (“MPK”) for non-payment of over PLN 24 million dismissed
The Court of Appeal in Poznań dismissed an appeal filed by Elektrobudowa against MPK for payment of PLN 24,701,601.86 together with interest, and fully granted the requests of the defendant, represented by Jordan Zafirow and Bartłomiej Jankowski.
