The Czech company ČEZ acquires shares in Euroklimat
WKB law firm, in cooperation with the Czech law firm Skils, advised ČEZ capital group on the Polish aspects of their acquisition of a majority package of shares in Euroklimat (a provider of comprehensive building installation services, including fit-out, maintenance and design) from its founders and shareholders.

“A spectacular climb up” the Rzeczpospolita ranking of law firms
In the most recent edition of the annual Ranking of Law Firms, published by Rzeczpospolita, a national daily paper, WKB has climbed the ranks spectacularly, moving up to 6th place in terms of the total number of lawyers, and 8th place in terms of the number of fully qualified lawyers (advocates and attorneys-at-law). WKB and its lawyers also received recommendations in the following categories: Energy law and Public procurement law.
